- Measure under armpits, around shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of the bust. (Make sure to not pull the tape measure too hard.)

JoytikaSuper cute and comfortableI really like the fit and color. The elastic waist allows you to style the skirt is different ways. It fits comfortably over the waist or right below the bust. It is a little pricey and requires a lot of ironing.
