- Measure under armpits, around shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of the bust. (Make sure to not pull the tape measure too hard.)

- Measure straight from one shoulder seam to the other. (Except for the drop shoulder garment. )

- Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.

AnnetteFeels and looks expensive!So happy I made this purchase! This skirt is light, flowy and you'll feel like a model walking down a runway as the skirt flares out LOL. Kind of a silk like material, nice full lining underneath. I'm 5'7" and yes, the skirt is long. I'm wearing it with 1.5 inch heels, and I folded the waist in one fold for two reasons: 1. I prefer the look at the waist to not look like an elastic gathered waist and 2. makes the skirt just a bit shorter. I got the medium and it's perfect.
