Measure from the middle of one shoulder to the hem edge.

Measure under armpits, around shoulder blades, and over the fullest part of the bust. (Make sure to not pull the tape measure too hard.)

Measure around the natural waistline.
DShoulder
Measure straight from one shoulder seam to the other. (Except for the drop shoulder garment. )
ESleeves
Measure from the shoulder seam down to the end of the cuff.
ALength
Measure from the top of the waistline to the hem edge.
BWaist
Measure straight from one side to the other.
CHip (If needed)
Measure around its fullest part (about 8 inches. Below waist), keeping the tape horizontal.

Beautiful colour and the drape and amount of tulle is perfect. Its a bit too tight on me as I really needed the XL but there were none available. I am loosing weight at the moment so fingers crossed for a better fit soon. I am saying it's true to size as I imagine if I had the XL it would fit really well. Colour is exactly as pictured apologies for the bad lighting in my photo. Looking forward to when I can wear it.
